Natalie Gougeon has studied extensively in India and Nepal under the supervision of several doctors from the Benares Ayurvedic University. She studied massage at the Thamel Pancha Karma Clinic with Dr. Rajesh Shrivasta as well as Dr. Joseph in Kerala, India. She is the author of the "Ayurvedic Principles Guide," an educational reference chart available at her courses. Natalie also self published an incredible and very informative DVD called "Bringing Health Through Balance." The DVD comes with an instruction booklet available to her workshop students.

One & a half hour massage and Marma point healing technique
An understanding of the appropriate medicinal oils for each individual
Methods to heal and harmonize the chakras
Easy home-care practices and remedies
Nasya- You will learn massage therapy moves, including specific pressure points from the tradition of Ayurveda covering the head, face and upper body. Hot towels and steam inhalation are administered and herbalized oils to clear breathing passages. This improves thinking and all brain functions. Releasing tension at the level of the scapula and upwards helps alleviate headaches & sinus problems. Allowing the neck and shoulders, to relax for clearer thinking and improved cerebral function, along with overall motor/nervous system health. This stress reducing and cleansing session can be used as a stand alone spa treatment or complement any massage technique.
