Reflexology, or zone therapy, is the practice of massaging, squeezing, or pushing on parts of the feet, or sometimes the hands and ears, with the goal of encouraging a beneficial effect on other parts of the body, or to improve general health.  Happy feet means happy people.

This course focuses on the feet. Preparation techniques and proper reflexology techniques will be covered.  The points in the feet will be systematically taught so the students can easily remember the location of the specific points.

Reflexology is a must for every massage therapist and is a wonderful tool to have for any caregiver.  This class will be very interesting and filled with great fun, tricks of the trade and you will leave with happy feet.
