In this class you will learn self hypnosis and other techniques that are meant to guide you towards keeping yourself centered and grounded in your daily life. You will also learn how to remain grounded when working with your clients or patients. You will be introduced to specific guided visualizations and provide you with templates that will serve as guidelines that will assist you in working with clients who may have certain difficult issues.
