Kinesiology is the study of our body’s muscle movement in association with human anatomy and physiology. Kinesiology applies ancient Chinese medicine; focus is put on the acupuncture meridians. This is applied by massaging these points on the meridians. It is a science of muscle movement that can serve as in depth treatment to aliments through muscle testing. Muscle testing can be performed after learning how to read the response of the muscle after applying specific pressures. Muscle testing detects imbalances in the body, which allows us to restore an even blood and energy flow by working on certain points on the meridians.
