In this class, you will explore the fundamental application of the lymphatic system. Closely associated to our circulatory system, this system is responsible for keeping the body clean of debris and fluid in balance. You will learn the physiology, anatomy and location of the lymph. Indication and contra-indications are discussed along with appropriate techniques per condition. There will be class lecture and hands on table time to absorb new material. Students will be able to offer fundamental Lymphatic Drainage on healthy individuals when class is completed. Advanced techniques are required for lymphedema clients.
