Fair Oaks Massage Institute offers a variety of massage therapy certification programs and continuing education classes. Our Massage Practitioner program combines the Massage Therapy Program (130 Hours) with the Deep Tissue (Medical) Massage Certification (120 Hours) to give you eligibility to apply for California State certification as a Certified Massage Practitioner. This our most common program for new students just starting out in massage therapy; offering core development in Swedish massage, Deep Tissue and some advanced techniques.

Our Deep Tissue (Medical) Massage Certification offers advanced techniques, core development in deep tissue work totaling 120 hours of advanced massage therapy training.
Our Holistic Health Practitioner Program is also popular amongst first time students looking for intensive training in massage therapy that provides you with 720 hours of training. This program is comprised of three modules of training: Massage Therapy Program followed by Deep Tissue Practitioner. The remaining hours consist of workshops.
We also offer Continuing Education for Massage Therapists, Registered Nurses, Personal Trainers, and Chiropractors to advance their knowledge and skills.
Our school is approved for VA Benefits, and we are also an approved Sacramento Employment and Training Agency Local Training Provider (SETA) http://www.seta.net/jobseeker_careercenter.html

FOMI is now offering a 3-Week 130 Hour Intensive Program and a 900-hour Advanced Holistic Massage Practitioner program that allows students to select from our 100-hour and 200-hour certification courses along with the traditional Modules I, II and III.
