There is a strong connection between the body, mind, and spirit.  Self-care essential for everyone and Sherri is committed to assisting others in identifying paths to healthful living.  Sherri has done extensive studies in an effort to help clients live as pain-free as possible.  It is her belief that there are always a few lifestyle changes that can greatly improve a person's flexibility and mobility.  She received her massage therapy certification from Phillips School of Massage in Nevada City, California studying Swedish massage under Judy Phillips.  She continued her studies and specialized in Traditional Thai massage, beginning her studies with Janice Vitavec of Spirit Winds School of Thai Massage in Nevada City, CA.  Her studies then took her to Master Lek Chaiya and Chongkol Setthakorn in Chiang Mai, Thailand.  She has done extensive studies of Nerve Touch with Master Lek Chaiya, a form of deep tissue work done in the Thai massage style.  With Master Chongkol Settakorn she continued her studies in the Traditional Northern style of Thai massage, focusing on addressing particular ailments and conditions through Traditional Thai massage techniques.  While studying with Chongkol, she continued her studies and became certified to teach the two beginning levels of Traditional Northern style.
