Marion offers classes in all levels of Usui Reiki and Karuna Reiki. Her training is for those who wish to become Reiki practitioners or teachers, massage therapists who want to integrate Reiki with massage, and those who are working on self healing and personal empowerment. She also teaches Raindrop Technique, Healing Oils of Ancient Times, and Reiki Drumming. Marion provides her students with resources, guidance and support for integrating a spiritual foundation in the massage or Reiki body work practice and in their daily lives. She has a private therapeutic practice that focus on using Reiki, Reiki drumming, essential oils, and therapeutic massage. Her 14 years of related experience, training and knowledge also includes a background in hypnotherapy, cranial sacral therapy, Bowen therapy, Therapeutic Touch and spiritual healing. Marion is a Registered Karuna Reiki™ Master Teacher for the International Center of Reiki Training, a California approved Instructor for the Bureau for Private Postsecondary Education in the Department of Consumer Affairs, and she has been a Reiki instructor for the Fair Oaks Massage Institute since it opened several years ago.
Reiki Drumming is a special technique that introduces the Reiki energy into the client's energy field and will facilitate deep relaxation and stress relief. Through sound and vibration, drumming creates a light state of being that makes it easier to release stress and tension in the body. When relaxation is induced, life force energy flows so that natural healing of the body may take place.
Drumming and Reiki work synergistically together as a holistic healing technique and can heal mind, body, and spirit. the goal is to balance, align, and harmonize the human energy system with Reiki energy and sound vibration. As Reiki aligns one to a higher power, drumming also does the same, so putting the two together expands the natural healing and relaxation effects.
