$200-$300 Mid-town Shared room for massage therapist/bodyworker (2528 I St.)

Two rooms available for rent at the beautiful Body Mind Center in Midtown. Facility includes a beautiful entry way/waiting room/kitchen/bathroom in a historic Victorian style flat. Shared large room for a massage therapist/reiki/accupunturist/yoga teacher/ etc. body worker/healer type person.

Room 1: $300/month for full access Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. or $100 per day of week you want access. For example, if you only wanted the room every Friday, it would be $100/month. Large closet with lots of open space for equipment. Massage table included. The best part for your clients: the ceiling has clouds painted on it; my clients LOVE that.

Room 2: $200/month for shared access with two other therapists. You three would have a shared google calendar to not overlap appointments. The room is large; massage table included.

3 month trial period then month by month contract.

Both rooms available November 1st

You MUST have CAMTC certification or other legal qualification for your line of work AND liability insurance for your business.

If interested write an email to SelysaLove@gmail.com introducing your self, what your work is, website, contact info, and some times you are available to come and look at the place.
